Shipping and handling charges are automatically added to your order using the following weight/cost stucture (e.g., shipping weight of 2.0 kgs incurs shipping and handling charge of $5.85, shipping weight of 2.5 kgs incurs shipping and handling charge of $6.44). Weights for all items are approximate. GameRoom Studios reserves the right to change shipping/handling charges at any time without prior notification to you.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of products sold by GameRoom Studios, the need for product return is unlikely. Opened software can not be returned. Returns accepted for "customer convenience" are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product returns will be honored up to 14 calendar days following order delivery. Returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Using the "About" link on the storefront page, provide the nature of the return, the product(s) being returned, and a daytime phone number you can be reached at. The RA number is typically provided within 24 hours, but may take longer if sufficient information is not provided by you. Products must be returned in their original packaging and documents, and must be sufficiently packaged to avoid shipping damage.
